How do we pay?

€49 a month per gym, by invoice and bank transfer. No card, no contract. You try Orion Gym free first. If you stay, we agree how you are invoiced.

What do I need at the front desk?

A phone, tablet or computer with a browser. The staff app turns any phone into a scanner. A USB scanner is optional.

Our members are in Excel or a notebook. Do we type them all in?

No. Send us the list and we move your members in for you, free.

What about members without a smartphone?

Give them a card or key fob. The desk reads it with a USB reader, or finds them by name.

Can members share a screenshot of their code?

No. The code changes every 10 seconds and works once, so an old screenshot gets a Stop.

Which languages?

The front desk and the member app work in English and Serbian.
